National Enterprise Postdoctoral Research Workstation

A national postdoctoral research workstation is an organization approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee to recruit postdoctoral researchers within enterprises, institutions, and other institutions with independent legal personality.

By establishing postdoctoral research workstations, enterprises and institutions can achieve comprehensive acceleration in attracting high-level scientific research talents, enhancing technological innovation capabilities, and promoting the transformation and application of scientific research achievements, which is a powerful way to accelerate the development of new quality productivity.
